Fetterolf's Flooring is a family owned business that I highly recommend. Audi made it so easy to choose our carpet choice and so nice! We were advised that the installers had a big job they were doing and we explained we were not in a hurry.

Our installers came on the 8th of January and we are so pleased with the work done. Our rooms were done professionally and with great precision! The installers all worked together great and were super friendly. We LOVE our new carpet and if different flooring is ever needed we will use them again!!!

We chose the Fetterolf Family to do our entire house with flooring and carpet because it felt like we had built a relationship with them right from the start. They were patient and kind which helped us to relax so we could comfortably make the right decisions. They guided us in choosing what we really liked, what was affordable, and what was the best fit for our family. Now when my cat hacks up a fur ball on my carpet it wipes up clean just like Audi said it would.

Our floor plan was a bit tricky, but we had no fear because Fetterolf Flooring was here. They skillfully created an ideal piece of work with what was once a canvas of splintering, painted plywood. The Fetterolf's professionalism was 5 stars, their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and not only were we an ideal fit with Audi and Kenny, but now our floors are ideal, too. Audi was very friendly, patient, and a great help while I was picking out flooring. I was encouraged to take as many samples home as was needed to help me decide. Price was competitive with other flooring stores. I have one more room that will need carpeting and I will definitely purchase from Fetterolf's again!

Fetterolf did good work and when there were issues with subcontractors, they immediately reached out to try to make things right as quickly as possible after I gave them the rundown of issues.

While I didn't get multiple quotes, based on averages for carpet install costs, they were on the less expensive end of the spectrum. All in all, would confidently recommend for carpet installation (as that's all I had them do, so I can't speak to other flooring types).
